I was wondering whether anyone ever runs introduction to sauna culture/hosting?
I got myself a sauna tent at beginning of last Autumn and have hardly been out of it. I’d like to go deeper but wouldn’t want to commit to one of the more formal, Master type courses.

There aren’t more light weight courses that we’re aware of, but we do have a great YouTube channel with lots of talks and webinars which cover everything from traditions and culture to health and science. And entirely free! You can find it here.
