I own some land and want to start a small sauna retreat with cold plunge. The site would have no fixed structures as the sauna would be on wheels. It is away from any residential buildings with good parking and views over the surrounding countryside. How difficult would this be to get permission? Also does anybody have any tips in making sure it goes through. Thankyou in advance!
