Sauna Training Courses - Where to Learn

We’ve seen a growing interest in sauna training - this thread is a place for anyone who’s taken a course, is currently training or is exploring options to share what they know.

At the moment, the British Sauna Society isn’t directly organising training programmes. However, you may find it helpful to check the ‘Events’ page on our website, where previous training sessions are listed. Reaching out to the organisers of those past events is often a good way to get onto their notification lists for any future courses.

It’s also worth noting that training opportunities abroad can sometimes be easier to access. Two reputable international providers are the International Bath Academy and Aromen, both of which offer well-regarded sauna and Aufguss training.

Feel free to contribute:

  • Courses you’ve taken and your experiences
  • UK and international training providers
  • Online vs. in-person options
  • What to expect (costs, duration, skills taught)
  • Any tips for securing places
  • Questions for the community

Looking forward to learning from one another!
